Project FIND-OUT is designed to provide genetic testing for babies 3 – 12 months of age with neurologic symptoms. Please fill out the following information before continuing onto the Caregiver Enrollment Form.
Project FIND-OUT is being conducted by the Consortium for Outcome Measures and Biomarkers for Neurodevelopmental Disorders (COMBINEDBrain), a non-profit organization devoted to finding treatments for people with rare genetic neurodevelopmental disorders.
